As a kid I used to love playing any type of sport, from football and basketball to volleyball and any type of physical activity.
Sport gave me satisfaction and I used to do it all day every day.
When I was 12-13 years old, I fell in love with fitness.
It was so much different than any other sport I used to play.
Although I didn’t have adequate equipment, I felt inspired and motivated to continue working on shaping my body.
I spent years doing only body-weight exercises I discovered on YouTube workout videos.

Oh, How Great Move That Was For Me!
Instead of looking for the answers in the traditional medical community, I opted to trust myself and devoted all of my time and resources to getting healthy.
I replaced processed food with nourishing, nutrient-rich whole foods which started to nourish my body properly.
I even remember when my grandma used to tell me: “Son, eat some bread ~ you won’t survive otherwise!”.
She always thought that I would be hungry all day long if I didn’t eat bread.
The fact is, 99% of people eat cheap bread from the store, with no quality nutrients inside.
Instead, they just have stomach issues.
Soon, I was able to start working on mental health as well which included practising yoga and meditation, and having frequent conversations or attending sessions with top experts from across the country.
After years of conducting thorough research on a variety of health and holistic modules, I’ve combined all of the trusted methodologies and created a system that would help other people regain joy by nourishing the body with nutrient-rich foods.
After spending a decade learning, implementing, and exercising, I can say for myself that I have decent knowledge and that I can motivate people and help them achieve the best results.
